I am so excited for Christmas already, it’s only 23 days away. Although I’m not loving this weather, it is rather chilly outside now. Anyway on Sunday, I spent the day with my friends, in a little town near Hever and we took a few photos of each other for our blogs. We spent the day in and around the town in different places, finding the right setting to take our photos. I thought I would share with you today what we wore and where we got our outfits from.
Anyway, I was wearing my red tartan bodycon dress which I purchased off the online store, Boohoo. I featured this dress in my last post and I am still so in love with it. I paired this dress with a black ribbed crop top from Newlook, this was also featured in my last post. I wore this top on top of dress to act as a top and a skirt, (also for warmth as it was quite cold). I simply wore this combination with black tights and my black vans, which are actually my school shoes. I personally think this is my favourite Autumn/Winter look, as the colours are very autumnal and the tartan print has been very popular. It was also reasonably priced, so really affordable and effective.
So Niamh, now for you new readers, she is my best friend and a lot of posts will probably include her. Now she is wearing my black and grey knitted jumper which I purchased in September from Boohoo. It has these cute heart shaped patches on the elbows; I just think it’s rather adorable. Baggy, knitted jumpers are my all time favourite for this time of year and not many have sold this year in the shops because of the warm Autumn we had. So lots of lovely jumpers went on sale on Black Friday and some of them are still on sell. I would definitely recommend you go online and search around because there are some gorgeous ones out there.
Niamh has paired this jumper with black high waisted jeans (similar to mine, creds to her because she found them). These are my favourite jeans that I have ever owned. They are super super comfortable and they were only £15. I know, £15. It was so reasonable we couldn’t resist. She is also wearing my baby pink doc marten style boots. I purchased these last winter from a shop called Deichmann. I think these were around £20, but I can’t exactly remember as it was quite a while ago.
Tia is wearing a flannel shirt which she purchased from Newlook, she paired this with a white vest top from Primark and Topshop high waisted jeans. She is also wearing Timberland boots which she got from Sole trader in the Black Friday sells, (rather jealous). I love this outfit and how all the colours go well together.
Amy is wearing a River Island grey knitted jumper with brown patches on the elbow, I am totally in love with these sorts of jumpers this winter and she has paired it with plain black leggings which she got from Next and floral Vans which she purchased off Office. I love this look and how the shoes are still summery yet still suit the outfit.
Hannah is wearing a Fat Face jumper, which is unfortunately unavailable anymore. Now she paired this jumper with plain black leggings (like Amy), although hers were from Select. She is also wearing white platform canvas shoes from Newlook and a navy duffle coat from Sports Direct, which she purchased two year ago.
Here are some more photos of the day, we got some group photos as well and they are rather cute so I couldn’t resist not to post them on here.
So here was my Autumn/Winter Lookbook.
