I have been meaning to review this eyeshadow palette ever since I purchased it back in the summer but for some reason I never got round to it. Many of you will know that over the summer I spent some time in California with my family where I splashed out quite a bit in one of the large Sephora stores. This Tarte eyeshadow palette had been on my wish list for a while and I was over the moon when I finally purchased it. I had been looking for a eyeshadow palette which contained a variety of matte and shimmer shades in pink and red tones. Apart from the fact I had had my heart set on it for a while, it perfectly matched to what I was looking for. This was the palette I wanted to add next into my collection. The Tarte, Tartelette In Bloom palette is a beautiful palette… View Post

I have been on the hunt for a shampoo and conditioner that will enhance my natural blonde hair colour for as long as I can remember. Whenever it gets to winter my hair starts to become darker in colour as it resembles more of a brass-y tone rather than a blonde. This is one of the things I hate the most about the winter but I have now found the solution. The other day Paul Mitchell kindly sent me some of their products for blonde hair. The lovely people at Paul Mitchell sent me the Platinum Blonde Shampoo, the Forever Blonde Conditioner and the Forever Blonde Dramatic Repair. I was shocked when this came through the post as I was  only expecting samples but instead they sent me the full size product to try and review.     To use these products, you simply use the shampoo and conditioner how you would… View Post

Yes, I am back again with another Lush post and I have to say it would not be Autumn without a mini haul of their seasonal products. Halloween is just around the corner and I am starting to get particularly excited, so the other week I went and purchased a range of Lush products from their Autumn/Halloween range. The first bath bomb I picked up was of course the Pumpkin bath bomb which I believe is new this year. This is a pumpkin shaped and pumpkin smelling bath bomb that simple smells of Autumn and pie. This bath bomb is perfect for the night before Halloween. Pumpkin by Lush is currently available online and in store at £3.95. The second item I picked up from Lush was another Pumpkin themed product, this time being the Sparkly Pumpkin bubble bar. This product was out last year and I loved it so much that I had… View Post

Yesterday I headed up to London for a really exciting event. I was meeting the one and only Kat Von D. I have been a fan of her make-up for quite a while now as I purchased some a few months ago when I was in the states. To get your hands on your wristband you had to purchase an item from her make-up which had just launched in the UK. This entitled you to see Kat Von D. When I arrived at the Debenhams in Oxford Street at 8.45am, we were met by crowds and crowds of people. Luckily we had already purchased our items so we had already got our wristbands for the meet and greet. This meant that we didn’t have to queue twice. Once you had queued to go to her make-up counter you where then told to go and queue outside the building which went… View Post

I never used to wear fake eyelashes as they have always seen like such a faff, but since I’ve finally got the hang of how to use them; I have been loving them. I picked up these two pairs of lashes earlier this year, just before my Prom, from Superdrug and I have got so much wear out of them. The first pair of lashes I picked up were the Eylure Volume N0. 70 lashes which are a full set, basic lash. These lashes give a natural yet much fuller and longer look. I tend to wear these lashes at parties and special occasions as they just give that extra volume to my lashes that they need. The second pair of lashes that I picked up were the Limited Edition, Enchanted Beloved lashes. I love these lashes so much. I wore these ones on the night of my Prom and… View Post
