Pixi has been one of my favourite cosmetic and skincare companies this year and I was lucky enough to be gifted with lots of their products to try out. My latest package screamed rose walled gardens and fairytales. This beautiful box arrived in the post with a rose gold lock and key. It opened telling a fairytale story like in the books you read as a child and I was filled with so much excitement. Inside my box of goodies were two new skincare products for me to try, the Rose Caviar Essence and the Rose Flash Balm however it also included their new range of MatteLast Liquid Lipsticks in five different gorgeous shades. The Rose Caviar Essence is suitable for all skin types and claims to hydrate, brighten, nourish and soften the skin. The product contains capsules which contain fresh rose and flower oils. They recommend you use this… View Post

The past month has been manic. I’ve had mock exams, and the dreaded UCAS application to do as well as building portfolios for university interviews but I am now back as the Christmas holidays approach to focus on my blog for a little bit. Christmas is a lovely time of year but it can be expensive especially if you have a large family. No7 have got a huge range of offers on this Christmas to save you some money this season. No7 are known for having 3 for 2 on all their skincare range which is on pretty much all year round. This is a great way to save money this Christmas as the serums and moisturizers can make a lovely gift for someone. Another 3 for 2 which is held every year is the Boots Christmas 3 for 2 Mix and Match which contains No7 gift sets including both… View Post

Recently the lovely PR team at Malée Online sent me two of their products to try. I recieved their body oil and one of their soya candles. The package came with a gorgeous hand written note from the company and some super cute marble tissue paper. All of their packaging is made from recycled materials which I personally think is really important. The Moisturising Oil just screams spa. I have been using it every night putting it on after a bath to help my skin feel all soft and smooth. The oils consistency is not greasy at all and it soaks into the skin really quickly which makes it a really wearable product all day round. I actually prefer this moisturising oil to a normal moisturising cream as it soaks into the skin so much quicker than any other product I’ve ever used. It also smells incredible, just like bringing… View Post

My favourites at Pixi Beauty have kindly sent me four of their summer essential products and I super excited to share them with you. Pixi is one of my favourite ever make-up/skincare brands as they are cruelty free and have an awesome PR team. Let’s get our #PixiGlow on! The lovelies at Pixi Beauty have sent me the ‘Quick Fix Powder’ which has no-colour and is completely translucid. This was a blessing to receive in the post the other day as I was desperate for a translucent setting powder for my holiday. This ‘Quick Fix Powder’ is definitely one of my summer essentials as setting your make-up is probably my most important step, especially in the summer. Even though I won’t be going anywhere hot for my holiday I will be still be needing a setting powder to stop my make-up from sliding in the wind. The ‘Quick Fix Powder’… View Post

Pixi Beauty have kindly sent me a few of their new products to try and I am really excited about them. This time I have received there new Lip and Cheek products. They have just launched their new GelTint & SilkGloss duos in the shades; BeachTint and FreshGloss, PinkTint and PrettyGloss and finally BerryTint and SweetGloss. These are all priced at £14 each, however if you sign up with your email address for updates you will receive 10% off your order. The GelTint is a lip stain in three different colours orange, hot pink and a dark nude. The SilkGloss are in the shades brown-y nude, pale pink shimmer and a light berry gloss. If you are going to wear both the lip tint and the gloss I would recommend leaving the tint… View Post
