About a month ago I started a new job working on both the N0.7 and the Clarins counter in my local Boots store. Working on these counters has meant that I have become increasingly aware of all of their products on the market so I thought I would share with you today my top 3 products for removing your make-up from the Beautiful Skin range by N0.7. All products by N0.7 are hypo-allergenic which means they are suitable for all skin types and no harsh chemical are used. Probably my favourite way to remove my make-up at the moment is by using the Melt Gel Cleanser by N0.7. This product is incredible and such a unique way of removing your make-up. The product consists of a gel like formula which when massaged into your face creates an oil like substance which instantly removes all of your make-up. To removed the… View Post

I apologise for the lack of posts in the last few months, I have been spending all of my spare time revising for my AS level exams which I finished sitting on Friday. However, I am now back with an exciting collaborations with one of my all time favourite skincare and make-up brands PixiByPetra who sent me all these products in a box shaped like a make-up wardrobe. It was incredible and I honestly can’t be more thankful. The first blogger/social media influencer that PixiByPetra collaborated which on this new range of products was, It’sJudyTime. Together they created two 12 hade palettes, one eyeshadow palette and another a lip palette with some beautiful and wearable colours.  The ‘Get The Look – It’s Eye Time Palette’ is available on the website currently for £28. These colours are really easy to wear and highly pigmented. This palette is also perfect for taking away with you… View Post

I have been meaning to do a post on these beauty products for so long now I can’t even explain my excitement. For Christmas 2015 my wonderful Nanna bought me the Anastasia Beverley Hills Original Contour Kit in Light-Medium and The Illuminator in the shade Riviera. This highlighter/illuminator is in a gorgeous rose gold shimmery shade which is just divine. As my skin has yellow undertones it works perfectly to not only add a highlight but also some pinky blush tones to my face. I guess you can say this also doubles up as a blusher for me. To apply this illuminator I use either an arched powder brush or a tapered brush depending on how harsh I want the highlight to be. This illuminator was $28 which worked out at around £20. I love this highlighter but considering the price it’s not something I wear everyday. The Original Contour Kit in Light-Medium is… View Post

For Christmas last year (it feels incredibly weird saying that even though we are now in 2016), one of the presents from my parents was a Birchbox. Now Birchbox is a company which supplies subscription boxes of beauty products monthly. This was a lovely surprise to open on Christmas day and as my Mum described it, it’s the gift that keeps on giving and it really is. So as part of my subscription for the next 6 months I will receive a box in the post with about 5 items in for me to try out. Each item is sample sized and is purely for test purposes but you can go online afterwards to the Birchbox shop and purchase the full sized version of the sample online. Personally, I think that’s pretty damn cool.       So for December, Birchbox were doing an “All That Glimmers” gift set which… View Post

Highlighters are my new favourite make-up product. They just make your face glow and in a nice way. I picked up these two highlighters from Superdrug the other day and so far, they have been my best beauty purchase this year and I would definitely recommend them.     The first highlighter I bought was the Vivid Baked Highlighter in the Golden Lights shade from Make-up Revolution. This is a powder based highlighter and out of the two, this one is my favourite as it is highly pigmented and easy to blend. I find this one easier to apply as well because you can use a brush to apply it on top of your foundation with out it coming off, just to add that extra shimmer. This particular highlighter is £3 which is an absolute bargain considering the quality of the product.     The second highlighter I picked up was… View Post
