Autumn is in full swing and I have picked up so many lovely pieces this year for my autumn/winter wardrobe. Mustard yellow has been a very popular and ‘on-trend’ colour this year and it hasn’t stopped moving through the seasons. I picked up this lattice back, chunky knit mustard yellow jumper from Newlook. This jumper comes in 5 different colours and I have to say I want it in every single one! The lattice back, ribbed knit jumper is only £19.99 which is a very reasonable price for a winter knit jumper. I love it!     Another item I picked up from Newlook this year is this tan suedette a-line skirt and it screams Autumn. This skirt is perfect for wearing with a chunky knit jumper or a top and jacket. It can be worn in so many way and is definitely a staple item for everyone’s autumnal wardrobe.… View Post

Yellow is so on trend and I am definitely on board. Here are my top picks from the yellow trend with ideas and inspiration on how to style them.   Lazy Oaf – Moody Mustard Skirt – £60 I love this skirt however it is a little bit pricey. Usually not the sort of thing that I would go for although I have fully fallen in love with the colour and all the beautiful details on it. This take on the Denim Button-Up skirt is lovely and well worth the £60 for this statement piece. What I love the most about this skirt is the Mustard colour as it can be worn in both all year round. This skirt would look lovely with ankle boots and a fluffy jumper in autumn/winter and a crop top and trainers in spring/summer. At £60 this would be a beautiful investment for an… View Post

The sales are probably one of the things that I get most excited about and I would even go as far as saying I’m the Queen of the Sales or the Bargain Queen as every year I manage to find some absolute bargains. I thought I would put together 10 of my favourites from a range of different stores, all of which I love and consider a good deal. The first few items I have listed on my top 10 picks from the sales are part of the current gingham trend. I love the gingham trend however I feel it will soon go out of fashion so I am not keen on spending a load of money on this trend so sale pieces are ideal.   Blue Gingham Tie Front Mini Skirt | Newlook | £17.99 NOW £10 Embroidered Gingham Trousers | Topshop | £42 NOW £25   The next item… View Post

The spring time sales have to be my favourite as it gives everyone the perfect opportunity to pick up some cheap pieces for their spring/summer wardrobe. On one of my many spontaneous shopping trips I picked up this gorgeous frayed hem black denim skirt in the Miss Selfridge sale for £18 reduced from around £40 which I thought was a really good deal. As I picked this piece up a couple of weeks ago it is now unfortunately out of stock both online and in store however I am going to link some similar skirts at the bottom of this post for under £20! I also ventured into Primark and picked up two bargain tops, one of which is featured in this post. I’m absolutely loving the monochrome styles this season and stripes are also making a comeback so this top was perfect for me. I’m not usually a fan… View Post

I love preppy chic fashion so this outfit is definitely one of my favourites ever. Before Christmas I ordered a load of bits from Missguided and I am in love. Firstly I picked up this skirt which is perfect to wear for any occasion. This is the Bonded Faux Suede Mini Skirt in Black which is only £20 on the website. It is 100% a staple item for everyone’s wardrobe as it goes with everything!!! The next item which I purchased from Missguided was this West Coast Slogan Sweatshirt in Green. Now originally I wasn’t sure about this purely because I only ever wear a khaki shade of green and never really this evergreen colour, however I love it. The peachy pink coloured slogan contrasts with the green of the sweatshirt which is so nice making it so different and unique. This sweatshirt is also £20 although if you a student… View Post
